Purchased a few watches from Ashford. Received the package and forgot it in my garage. During the Pandemic came across the box, opened it and 2 of the watches were not in there. The boxes were there, but the actual watches were missing. Having purchased from them before, I never even bothered checking to see if anything was missing. Lesson Learned. I will be checking my orders as soon as they come from now on. When I contacted them, they were very nice, but provide no help. The literally told me to pound sand but in a more professional way.

Ashford.com sold me a defective Rado (about $1000) watch on Feb 27,2018 through Amazon payment (mistakenly feeling Amazon able to guarantee) with Order number SO2182334 for a Rado watch R32109152 for my friend, and the Rado watch was really on the friend's hand around May 2018.

The first repair happened on September 2,2018 (request number 301732) because of water leaking with internal mist and moist and moving fast. So this issue happened less than half a year.

The second time repair happened on June 17,2019 (request number 355655, RA # *******025301, request # 353141 and #873642641) for the exact same reason as above.

But In May 3,2020 it was found it's not working and moist/mist was still inside, but the second day it was moving again with mist and moist inside.

It showed that the two repairs didn't help solve the same quality issue.

It is common sense that an expensive watch can't just be working abnormally like this. It was with a quality issue from the beginning!

I called Ashford.com, but they said they can do nothing, and I sent an email with a reply from Ashford that they will do nothing(request #418753)!

We see that the watch was repaired and completed on 10/15/18 and 6/26/19. As the watch was repaired and working properly after our quality checks they were shipped to you. The warranty time period for Ashford.com is 2-years. As your order was placed on February 27th, 2018, the warranty expired on February 27th, 2020. We are unable to offer a repair or any other options.

We suggest reaching out to the manufacturer for a repair on your watch.

We do apologize for any inconvenience."

I ordered and paid for a watch that I…

I ordered and paid for a watch that I really liked. The watch was on sale. I received an email few hours after that the item is not in stock. I checked and it was in stock , ready to ship status.
I answered to the email and attached screenshot that was showing the item is available as I thought it could be a mistake. The answer was insisting that the item is out of stock and the listing was not updated at the time that I purchased it.
Surprisingly even few days after the item was still in stock!
So , waiting for the refund at the moment. I found this website dishonest and misleading. I think they just didn't want to proceed with my order.

Good Customer Service

Good Customer Service. I had to pay for return shipping on one of the two Watches that I purchased. That was a bit disappointing as UPS claimed that Ashford was allowed to recall the parcel prior to delivery. So somebody's not telling the truth.

100% RECOMMEND, ALL IS GREAT WITH THIS SITE!

Tic’ed a bit - Good product

Great price and product. Sadly it showed up w battery “low” indicator light on. Thankful I bought the watch at a great price but still got work to do.
